As corporate executives for J.A. White & Associates, Inc., the following individuals are responsible for leading the company's customer‐focused business strategies. We believe that putting our values into practice creates long‐term benefits for customers, employees, suppliers, and the communities we serve.

Jeffery A. White, C.P.M.

President / CEO

Jeffery A. White is the founder, chief executive officer and president of J.A. White & Associates, Inc.

With over 30 years of extensive federal contracting experience in the private and public sectors, Whites expertise has focused in the area of CPSR and Business System Audits, Supplier Financial Management, Procurement Management, Procurement Compliance and the development of procurement policies and procedures for governmental agencies, manufacturing plants, service organizations, and suppliers across the United States, Europe and Middle East.

As a noted U.S. and International speaker for industry organizations such as Public Contracting Institute (PCI), the Institute of Supply Management (ISM), the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP), White currently conducts webinars for Federal Publications (FedPubs) and the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).

White earned a bachelor’s degree from South Carolina State University, was a former adjunct professor at Pennsylvania State University and instructor with George Washington University.

Casandra White

VP - Small Business Solutions

Casandra C. White is Vice President of Small Business Solutions and is responsible for small business growth, development of custom solution packages at all financial levels, and small business strategies for the attainment of company goals.

In addition, White is responsible for the development and implementation of corporate marketing, client presentations, social media presence and public relations.

In 2014, J.A. White & Associates, Inc. launched a small business initiative. White’s experience within the small business corridor provides in depth knowledge on competing for awards with larger companies, how to position for prime contract awards, and how to navigate federal contracting. White’s 20-year career has included cradle to grave Procurement, Compliance, Subcontract Management and Small Business Advocate positions at Northrop Grumman and BAE Systems.

White attended the University of South Carolina and earned a B.F.A in English.

Stephen Hall

General Counsel

Stephen L. Hall is General Counsel at J.A. White & Associates, Inc. He has been invaluable in dealing with complex legal regulatory issues faced by our industry, contractual and agreement violations, ethical violations, conflicts of interest, discrimination, fraud, waste, and misuse of taxpayer resources.

Prior to joining J.A. White & Associates, Hall spent 14 years in private practice representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. His areas of expertise were insurance coverage and defense, government agency legislation and regulatory compliance.

In addition to managing the corporate legal office at J.A. White & Associates, Inc., Hall is a subject matter expert in regulatory compliance at the federal and state levels. He monitors the ever-changing regulatory landscape and advises client executives and managers on how to address these changes from a strategic and a legal perspective.

Hall received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1999 and is licensed in South Carolina.
